Revitalizing a Historic Icon

The Haydn Zug’s building, located on the corner on State Street and Main Street in East Petersburg, has been an iconic part of this community. Haydn Zug’s was one of a kind! It will always hold a place in the hearts of those who had a chance to experience its splendor.

State & Main is a collaborative workspace with mainly private offices, but also some retail space as well. In addition, there are a few desks available.

The building is located on the corner of State Street and Main Street in the heart of East Petersburg. Collectively, there are 17 private spaces within the building.

The first floor consists of 9 spaces with four having the option of being a retail space and feature full glass retail doors with access off Main Street (Route 72). This floor of the building is ADA accessible.

The upper floor has an additional 8 private offices. Shared amenities include lobbies, conference rooms, bathrooms (2 of 5 are ADA accessible) and break room to name a few.

OFFICE

Prices range from $250 to $625 per month (all inclusive). First and second floor office suites are available. All suites come fully furnished (if needed) and wired for internet. The building includes several common areas for those days you need a change of scenery. Everything you need for a complete office solution is included in your monthly investment.

RETAIL

Prices range from $475 to $595 per month (all inclusive). With several different size retail suites and plenty of parking available, this is a great location for your retail business.

DESKS

Prices range from $125 to $755 per month (all inclusive). With several desk areas located throughout the building, use of our meeting spaces, and plenty of parking available, this is a great location for your growing business.

We have been renting from State & Main for the last 6+ years. They preserved the beauty of the building when they renovated it. As for amenities, they take care of us, providing a printer, paper, and other miscellaneous office supplies. Any time I have an issue or concern, they address it promptly and thoroughly. They are always looking for new ways to add value to those who rent here. Just in the last few months, they’ve added a hot/cold water dispenser in the kitchen and a tv to stream onto in the conference room. They spoil us! I couldn’t ask for a better space for my business to call home.

I love this office space. The historical foundation and the modern touches of convenience and comfort brings a warmth to the space appreciated by both myself and those that meet with me. The owners have worked hard to meet whatever my needs are in a timely manner and that is greatly appreciated. The owners are genuinely interested in my business becoming a success. It isn't just a space to rent; it is a place in which to grow, both personally and professionally.
